Do you hire outside India?
Not yet. Hopin works with candidates based in India only, for onsite, hybrid and remote roles.
How much of my time does it take?
1 hour max. It starts with a short chat to describe the role, plus a few sample profiles to rate so we learn your taste. After that, your time goes only to the finalists.
